If you need the screen within a certain time frame please do get in touch before ordering. Turn around time for production varies but we aim for 5-7 working days.

Red Drum Screens are made in the southeast of Melbourne, Australia. They are easy to set up and also fold up to pack away (with care).
For transporting or frequent set up / pack down we recommend sourcing a case (we don't currently have a supplier) because this screen is not light (25kg). To avoid injury we suggest a minimum of 2 people to lift the screen.

Do we ship internationally?
Absolutely — however any customs import duties or taxes levied by your country are the buyer's responsibility. Get in touch before ordering for a shipping quote outside of Australia as it will be more than the initial quote provided by the website.

NB: Red Screens refract sound and reduce stage noise but don't make heavy hitting loud drummers silent — perhaps quieter. To reduce volume considerably is a completely different story. To make the drums quieter we suggest lighter cymbals (we have several options) as well as drum dampeners and specific drum heads. Acrylic (Celsius): -4 to 90 degrees
Store/install in settings between 4–47 degrees Celsius.

Transmission of Light:
Acrylic: 92%

The screen ships with a removable covering/film which can be peeled off prior to use.

How to clean?
Wipe any fingerprints off gently with a microfibre cloth and soapy water. DO NOT USE WINDEX or other chemical-based cleaners as they may cause the acrylic to cloud or lose transparency.

How long does it take to make and ship the screen?
We suggest allowing 7–10 business days for manufacture and shipping (allowing for public holidays etc.). We will always work hard to get it to you sooner.

What is the warranty/returns policy?
The Red Drum Screen is covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects from reasonable use but does not cover cracks due to misuse/incorrect folding of the hinges, scratches or clouding from improper cleaning or care. The Red Drum Screen should not crack if treated with care — however if you experience any issues please get in touch. If the screen is intended for portable use we highly recommend obtaining a well-padded bag or custom-made hard case.

The screen can be returned within 14 days for a refund or store credit as long as it is in the same condition when shipped to you — not damaged, marked or scratched, and the outer covering has not been peeled off. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipping costs.

Be careful to fold the screen with the hinge and not against it, as the hinges will break if folded incorrectly.
